Holy Land Alternative Pilgrimage 

This is a trip for young adults of color ages 18-35 who are interested in the intersections of faith and justice. We will visit key sites in and around Jerusalem (including Bethlehem and Nazareth) and seek to build relationships with local Lutherans and other Christians engaged in the pursuit of peace in the Holy Land.

Trip Leaders: Nicole Newman, Corey Holmes, and Rev. Brady Radford

Nicole Newman and Corey Holmes will lead this trip. Nicole is a young adult from the DC Metro Synod and a member of Luther Place Memorial Church. Corey Holmes is a Fulbright/ Boren fellow and young adult from Faith Lutheran.  The Chaplin for the trip will be the Reverend Brady Radford of Atlanta Georgia who has an extensive background in counseling and is a graduate of Johnson C Smith Theological Seminary.

Trip Registration Deadline: April 5, 2019

Estimated Cost: $1,350* (includes lodging, meals, transportation, tour guide fees, entrance fees, tips) *Airfare to Tel Aviv not included in the price. We will be able to accept multiple payments for those who need to break the price in smaller increments
